If yours isn't here, ring or message us — chances are someone else will ask it next week and we'll add it.
We open it up. Movement signature, case finishing, dial printing, hands, crown, caseback, lume — checked against the reference. Serial number cross-referenced where we can. For higher-value pieces we'll often pull a second opinion from a specialist on the street.
If something doesn't add up, we don't list it. Simple as.
Yes. A signed authentication note from us with every sale. Original manufacturer papers when they came with the piece. For diamonds and coloured stones we can provide or arrange a GIA (or equivalent) lab report.
Bring it back. Full refund. We can't trade in Hatton Garden if we sell fakes — that's the whole point of being on this street.
The watch market moves week to week. A figure we list today is wrong by next Friday. Easier to quote you live when you ask.
Enquire on anything in the case and we'll come back with the price the same day. No obligation to buy.
Often, yes. Tell us the reference, dial, year range, and budget. The street is small — if it's in London, we usually find it within a week or two.
Discontinued references sometimes take longer. We'll be straight about whether it's realistic.
For larger pieces we can split payment across two or three instalments — happy to talk it through. Drop us a line.
Two routes. Send photos and details through the valuation form for a same-day quote, or bring the piece in and we'll check condition, papers, and movement on the spot.
Free either way. You can walk out without selling.
Bank transfer the same afternoon, usually within a few hours of accepting. We don't pay cash on higher-value pieces — UK AML rules cap that — but the transfer goes through faster than cash anyway.
Yes, especially on Rolex and Patek references. A full set (box, papers, accessories) is often worth a meaningful chunk on top. But we'll happily buy without — papers help, they're not essential.
We watch recent auction results, dealer sheets, and live grey-market listings every week. Whatever the market is paying that week is the figure we work from. We'll show you the comps if you want to see them.
No. Whatever we quote is what gets transferred or charged — no admin fees, no last-minute deductions for "service" or "processing".
Hatton Garden is one of the most heavily-traded jewellery streets in the world — security cameras everywhere, the trade is used to high-value pieces moving in and out. Booking ahead means we'll be ready and you won't be sat in reception.
We keep what we need for the transaction (and what UK AML rules require us to keep). Nothing gets shared with third parties. Ask us to delete your details and we will, subject to those legal retention windows.
Yes — registered in England and Wales, signed up to UK AML supervision, full Consumer Rights Act compliance. On higher-value deals we'll need to take a copy of your ID. That's the law, not us being awkward.
Ring or message — we'll answer it the same day, and add it here for the next person.
