About

A small Hatton Garden jeweller, dealing the way the trade used to.

No call centres, no script, no markup dressed up as service. Just the people who'll be valuing your piece, on the other end of the phone.

01
Who we are

A small team. One Hatton Garden showroom.

Most of our work comes from people who've used us before, or been sent by someone who has.

We deal in pre-owned watches, gold, and jewellery. Most of our work comes from people who've used us before, or been sent by someone who has.

When you ring us, you speak to the person who'll value your piece — not a switchboard. When you visit, the door is round the back of a real bench, not a glass-fronted office. That's the trade we wanted to keep.

We'll tell you what something is worth even if it means you walk out and sell it elsewhere. That's what brings the next person back.

The street

Why Hatton Garden matters.

Reputation gets around quickly on these streets — which is exactly the point.

The street, EC1N

Most of London's jewellery trade still passes through these few streets. The benches are next to each other, the testing kit is shared, and reputation gets around quickly — which is the point.

If we quote you wrongly on a piece, the dealer ten doors down will tell you. So we don't.

How we work

Three things we won't budge on.

The same standards on a £200 chain as on a five-figure watch.

01

We tell you the buy price and the resale price.

If we're buying from you, you'll see what we'd offer and roughly what we'd ask for it on the shelf. Same numbers we use internally. No mystery.

02

We don't list anything we can't authenticate.

If a watch is missing papers and we can't verify the movement, it doesn't go in the case. If gold isn't acid-tested and weighed in front of you, we don't quote on it.

03

When you ring, you speak to us.

No call queue, no chatbot, no junior reading from a script. The number on the contact page is the number on the bench.
